Terms of Service
By purchasing any artwork from me you agree to these following terms.
Please read everything before commission me ~
General

- By commissioning me, you allow me to change your character(s) to match my drawing style!
- You aren't allowed to delete my signature!
- I have a right to decline a commission for any reason.
- You have the right to use your commission for any personal use (avatar, banner, for your pages, etc.), but not commercially. If you repost my art on any social media website, on your gallery, or any other place, you must credit me by tagging me or linking back to my gallery.
- If you plan to use my commission for printing, make a badge, print it on a tshirt or anything, then please let me know! I'd love to see the result! (Same for my design, ref sheets, adoptables, etc... if you planing to make a fursuit of it)
- I keep all rights to my work! I'm free to use it to promote my own artwork, post it in my gallery, etc... I can do private commissions (such gifts or personnal art...) as well, just say. If you don't, it'll be made as a normal commission and posted as such ~
What I can do :

- Any kind for furry/anthro
- Feral
- Animals (realistic)- Ponies
- Clothes and accessories
- Dragons and other fantasy creatures
- Nudity or sexual things
- Soft fetishes (paws, soft vore,...)
- Gore (Pastel gore, blood, Fight ...)

What I will NOT do:

- Sonic OCs
- Too complicated characters
- Humanoid (I'm not confortable with)
- Extreme Gore
- Machinery (Cars, robots,...)
- Racism, hate, incest, or pedophilia
- Drawings with too many characteres (it depend of what you ask)
Payment Process and Refunds

- You must send payment in EURO ! So take care of the prices !
1 USD = 0.80 EURO (you'll pay more)
1 POUND = 1.14 EURO (you'll pay less)
1 CAD = 0.65 EURO (you'll pay more)
- Any additionnal characteres will cost 75% more from the original price.
- You're allowed to pay after the first sketch wip has been sent. However, it is highly preferred you pay first.
- Payment is only by Paypal. I will leave my address but I can invoice you as well.
- You have the right to ask for change on the sketch, but if you ask for to much to be changed, it will cost you a small fee! So try to describe the commission the best you can when you order it, or I take it as an invitation to make it as I see it ~
- When the final sketch is done and approved, you cannot change anything about the pose. Minor changes can still be discussed !
- You agree that unused sketches can be recycled for any other art of my own.
- If you ask for a refund, it will depend of how much work I've already done. If you want a full refund, you will not be allowed to use the work I've already done !
Process
First of all send me your commission information including:
- References of the character(s) (Digital is prefered but clean, traditional references are accepted too. Text descriptions will cost more)
- What you want the character(s) to be doing, expressions, and the general mood (If you have no idea, describe their personality)
- The general mood of the drawing you want (It helps me chose the shade colors if you asked for a full shaded)
- Background color if desired
- And other details, any other (accessories, point of view, where the light comes from...)
- Deadline (You're free to request it to be done within a certain timeframe. If not requested, the commission will be worked on at my own preference)
- You can ask for a work-in-progress at any time. I'll keep you updated anyway ~
- Once the image is finished, I'll send you a full resolution on sta.sh! I'm free to upload it or not on my gallery (Facebook page, deviantArt or/and FurAffinity. NSFW work will only be uploaded on FurAffinty, or censured on facebook)
